This is a one-of-a-kind upcycled thrifted piece that has been painted on with bleach to create visually engaging eye designs. This high-waisted A-line skirt is a size 8 under the manufacturer Uniqlo. Measurements are included in the last few images.
Inspiration:
Painting with bleach on clothing was on my creative bucketlist for awhile. I didn't know what kind of design I wanted to do. Finally I settled on eyes because they are a constant motif in my work. It's the default thing I draw whenever I start doodling and is something that I love to illustrate over and over. Each eye is hand-painted and unique; no two eyes are the same.
It has been washed and is ready to wear after purchasing!
